Reporting directly to the firm’s owner, Jordin plays a central role in ensuring every part of the organization, from HR and finance to compliance and vendor partnerships, runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose.
With a background in scaling and growing successful law firms, Jordin brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong teams, efficient processes, and a culture of accountability. With a hands-on leadership style and a talent for problem solving, Jordin drives process improvements, leads cross functional projects, and helps maintain the structure and systems that allow the teams to thrive. Always looking for ways to support the staff in delivering exceptional service, Jordin plays a key role in aligning the firm’s internal operations with its commitment to clients.
Outside the office, Jordin enjoys paddleboarding, fishing, playing in local sports leagues, and tackling renovation projects. A gearhead at heart, Jordin also spends weekends working on classic cars, always building, improving, and staying one step ahead.
