Justin Caliva serves as Director of Operations & Facilities at Barnes Trial Group, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the personal injury legal field. Before moving into operations, Justin worked as both a pre-suit and litigation paralegal, giving him a strong understanding of case workflow, client service, staff needs, and the day-to-day demands of a busy litigation practice.
In his role, Justin is dedicated to supporting the firm’s staff, enhancing internal operations, and streamlining the processes that keep the legal team operating effectively and efficiently.
Justin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida and his Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Pasco-Hernando State College. He is also a Florida Registered Paralegal.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys fishing, kayaking, technology, combat sports, motorcycles, and professional vehicle racing.
