This case involved two siblings in a disputed motor vehicle crash. Video evidence, eyewitness testimony, and computer downloads confirmed that our clients’ vehicle was going 15 miles over the speed limit. Neither client underwent a surgery. One client had a prior fusion of a previous case where she was ejected from a vehicle. Despite all these difficult facts, using strategic Proposals for Settlement (PFSs), and developing damages models for future care and lost wages, the insurer was forced to tender its policy limits.
