Client was involved in two separate crashes involving commercial vehicles and two sets of defendants. Client underwent a multilevel neck fusion as a result. Through strategic planning and examination of the defense medical examiners, we were able to lure them into pointing to the other’s accident as a source of the plaintiff’s injury. Once that domino fell the carriers pooled their money to provide a seven figure recovery in a heavily disputed liability set of crashes.
