Alaina Belanger brings almost two decades of experience in the personal injury legal field to her role as Director of Marketing & Business Development at Barnes Trial Group. Her career began with a legal receptionist position and quickly evolved to a litigation paralegal, then office manager, and ultimately leading to her current marketing role. Alaina’s diverse background also includes co-owning a successful event planning business in Tampa for more than 10 years, blending strategic creativity with operational expertise.
Alaina is passionate about building strong relationships within the legal community and takes pride in connecting Barnes Trial Group with other law firms to provide clients with the highest level of service through expert partnerships. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Nicholls State University and earned her certification in Meeting and Event Planning from the University of South Florida.
Her passion for travel and cultural exploration once led her to live in Japan, where she worked as an ESL Instructor for Japan Air Self-Defense Force. Alaina was born and raised in Louisiana and will always be a Cajun at heart. She now resides in Colorado and enjoys hiking and camping in the Rocky Mountains with her family, always seeking new experiences and fresh perspectives to bring into both her personal and professional life.
