Madeleine C. Vaughn is a litigation attorney with Barnes Trial Group. Prior to joining Barnes Trial Group, Ms. Vaughn spent her career litigating a variety of cases including medical malpractice, premises liability, negligent security, and automobile accidents for several years. Additionally, she worked in commercial litigation, representing both corporations and individuals in various business disputes.
Over the years, Ms. Vaughn has been named a SuperLawyer “Rising Star,” as well as a Best Lawyers “One to Watch.” Ms. Vaughn now focuses her practice on assisting those who have been injured by the negligence of others. She takes great pride in her work and aims to represent every client aggressively, efficiently, and with understanding and compassion.
Ms. Vaughn was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and continued there for her legal education, earning her Juris Doctor. Her interests include group fitness classes, cooking, cheering on the Lightning and the Gators, as well as playing with her dogs.
