Client suffered an aggravation of long standing pre existing neck injuries in a substantial rear end collision. Defense relied heavily on medical records establishing well documented similar pre existing symptoms. Plaintiff was able to establish a significant change in the plaintiff’s activities of daily living following the car crash and neck surgery through the testimony of her employer. With payment of damages, attorney fees and cost we were able to recovery the equivalent of the available policy limits in a case with very difficult causation issues.
