Client was stopped waiting for traffic, when the Defendant driver cut off another vehicle, causing the Defendant’s vehicle to crash into the Plaintiff’s vehicle. Client suffered a neck injury requiring a neck fusion. We sent early strategic Proposals for Settlement to the BI and UM carrier, which were not accepted. We obtained a life care plan to project our client’s future medical needs. Once we were able to prove liability and move for Summary Judgment, the liability carrier relented from its five figure pre suit offers, and paid a seven figure settlement to avoid trial.
